ZeronessNotion Mail is gone. Your inbox doesn't have to go back to Gmail.
Notion Mail shut down on September 22, 2026. If you liked an inbox that organized itself and a command bar for everything, Zeroness does both for Gmail and Google Workspace, on web and iPhone.
| What you used in Notion Mail | In Zeroness |
|---|---|
| Auto labels and views | Five AI-sorted splits (Important, Team, Calendar, News, Other) plus auto labels like pitch, receipts and invoices. No rules to rebuild. |
| Commands and keyboard | ⌘K in plain English, with a preview before anything changes. E, H, R, J/K for everything else. |
| AI drafts | Drafts in your voice that search your other mail for decisions already made. |
| Snippets and scheduled send | Undo send and Remind me in plain words (“monday 9am”). Snippets are not in Zeroness yet. |
| Notion database sync | Not supported. Zeroness is an email app, not a Notion integration. |
| Price | Free for the first 100 users until January 31, 2027, then $5 a month for life. No AI credits to buy. |
